Aramex doesn't provide a good service.

We sent a rather urgent parcel from Polokwane to Pennington to my parents and we were assured it would reach them by the 23 July. (It was couriered on the 20July). When I called in on Friday to find out if the parcel was being delivered they said that it was only going to be delivered the following Monday... After many phone calls and pleading and begging they agreed to get the parcel to Amanzimtoti today. My parents waited for 3 hours for the driver to arrive. This is unacceptable. We couriered essentials that needed to be there yesterday. Paying 1350 for a service that is this poor is unacceptable. I will kost certainly NEVER use them again.
