Aramex does NOT deliver

The most shocking service! I have ordered an item that was paid for on 21/11 it was shipped via aramex and delivery date was 2 December yet overnight Costs were paid. After numerous phone calls, emails, dealing with their pathetic so called bot, messenger on fb and Instagram I am no closer to getting my parcel. The items in which cost me a lot of money. They don’t deliver instead they pretend packages are in transit and then they “escalate” it when an issue is raised only to say no feedback case closed. How can this be allowed to continue. People are losing money from a company who just *****s and **********ly claims to deliver parcels. You actually get zero stars. You should close your pathetic service down. I have a trail of emails and correspondence I’ve tried to get my package. I’ve even said I’d go and fetch it myself but the famous answer to that I’d due to covid I won’t be allowed to get it. I will open a case of theft and ***** against them
