Aramex Does Not Care about your Package

I had previously used them with little to no error but now I have been sitting waiting for a package for the last 8 days while it has sit stationary in the Pretoria warehouse. I have been in contact with customer support numerous times over the last week and cannot get a straight answer from anyone. It's always "We'll look into it" but let's be fair they don't give a ****ing ****
