Aramex does not care about their drop box clients. If they loose it sorry is all they say!!!!!!

Aramex does not care about their clients. I sent a parcel on the 1st December to germiston and on the 6th it was given to a random person at the gate of the recipient complex. No one called the man whom the parcel belonged to. This person who received the parcel took it home with him and has since disappeared. It has been two months and as per aramex the drop box parcels are not insured sorry they cant help me. This parcel was worth R 1500 and who has to reimburse this guy now. Your service sucks ****. The person who should have gotten this parcel name and number is on here and irresponsible lazy driver gave it to the first person he met. I want my parcel not money just my parcel and then to be given to the correct person.
