Aramex does not care about bad reviews or bad service. PAY UP SUCKERS

I suggest that when your import any goods specify that Aramex should not be used. I have sent communication to the Regional CEO of Aramex Andy van der Velde and no response.

There is no reasoning or workable solution in dealing with Aramex South Africa I will be taking my matter further with the consumer protection council as Aramex is nothing short of a Mafia ******ion Racket. When ordering any goods insist that Aramex is not to be used under any circumstances. They have the audacity of announcing record earnings on their website, pity these ********* have no ethics or shame. As a comparison, like for like goods via another company duties and taxes was R127.10 for the same goods through Aramex R1307.47 I can understand possibly double the duties but not 10 X the previous order. Not to mention taking weeks to send paperwork and communication. Zero help and Zero F#@*$ given
