ARAMEX DO BETTER OR CLOSE THIS DAMN SERVICE UNIT. USELESS!

Pathetic service. This is the second time in 2 weeks I have had to look stupid to my client explaining that I keep trying to track by calling the useless customer service where you would hold for 30 min only to be dropped or told we will escalate. 1 full week that the parcel is at the warehouse and has not moved once. What the hell is this business about then?? Look at all the bad reviews, DO BETTER.
