ARAMEX disputing my single item order from China

Received a parcel from China within 2 weeks. Aramex had parcel for 4 months, their excuse was that they were trying to contact me although no messages were left what the call was about.

Parcel is held in custom which I had to pay a R160 for inspection. Aramex now wants me to pay a further R500 because they say invoice and item dont match which is an absolute lie.

The value is R900 a single item for person use. I told them to shove the item where the sun dont shine.
