Aramex dispatch and delivery

I ordered Nike product and it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th December 2023 and haven't received it since and it's been on a delayed status 3 days after dispatch Nike and aramex can't assist no reply my emails or call it's bad service from both and now I expect a refund because It takes a month to deliver an item.
