Aramex disgusting service

have been using Aramex for business purposes and have had no problems until now. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday & I am still waiting for it. The courier called me and said they wil deliver yesterday at 10am but didn't come today I spoke to an agent Mbali Moshia at 8am and she promised that they will deliver by 10 am still nothing I have phoned multiple times and still nothing has been resolved and I am sitting with no parcel. Very Very unprofessional im disgusted
