Aramex disaster.

I actually cannot believe the mess that is Aramex!! I have been on hold for almost an hour and each time the call gets cut after waiting for what feels like forever!!! I have been calling all morning and nothing is being done. I just need assisting with my package. The delivery was meant to be made this morning but there was no attempt to contact me and now i cannot get a hold of anyone for my package!
