ARAMEX Disappointing Service Delivery

I have arranged a pick-up for a very important parcel that needed to go to the USA beginning of last week.

Well... after multiple phone calls and emails there is no arranged pick-up showing on their systems. This I only discovered a week later when I spoke to someone on their customer care line.

After being told by the orignal person helping me for 5 days in a row that they are on their way to pick up the parcel and we need to be at home. Even said the driver keeps calling me but I don't answer. Yeah right!

I am highly disappointed in their service and plan on going elsewhere for all parcel related deliveries or pick-ups.
