Aramex disappointing service

The service I've been received from Aramex is really disappointing can't understand how it takes 3 weeks for you to release a parcel thats been with you all this time and you claim that you fast delivery. And the staff keep putting you on hold for long periods which is really annoying can someone just give me a straight story, ALL I WANT IS MY PARCEL.
