Aramex Did Not Deliver

My parcel sent on 27 October 2021 from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria never arrived. This was my 3rd or 4th time to use Aramex service. I visited the Aramex office in PE to ask them to investigate the missing parcel. The lady made a phonecall and said it must be in Pretoria and they would conduct a warehouse search and get back to me. No feedback for more than a month so I phoned the PE office. Was transferred to two different people and told they would get back to me. I'm still waiting for an answer.
