Aramex Delivery System Messed Up

I ordered an item online and the company uses Aramex as their courier of choice. I called on Monday for an addition on the address to make things easier for delivery. Tuesday morning, a driver called and ensured I’d get my parcel, later on, I found out the parcel was given to another driver and that the delivery wouldn’t take place on Tuesday. I called Aramex and was ensured that I’d get the parcel on Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning came and went, the lady who was delivering told me she had other places to start delivering to and wouldn’t make it here earlier. My frustration is, why the hell does Aramex have systems in place when they don’t even use them? I wouldn’t recommend Aramex at all, just a bunch of promises made with no accountability. Useless courier service infact, PAXI is way better.
