Aramex delivery service id poor

I am very disappointed at Aramex Cape Town. I have two parcels with them. I phoned and texted them from 8 am yesterday asking them to deliver my both parcels before 5pm because I am going to Eastern and I am going with the parcels. I was told that the driver will deliver before 5Pm. I kept on calling just to check how far is the driver still no one told me what time the driver will come. At 16:38 i called again and I was told that my parcel was given to the wrong driver they will deliver following day and they can not do anything about that, just like that after I have been calling them begging them to deliver my parcel.

The other parcel for Michels plain they said it will be delivered but my cousin waited at office untill 6Pm no one phoned her, what is that??

When Aramex has our deliveries they are not making any contact that the parcel is out for delivery, we have to check ourselves. Secondly no one is communicating what time the parcel will be delivered, if you have a parcel with Aramex you have to wait at home from 8 am to 5pm. It will depend on their mood if they want to come or not. You will wait for the parcel and cancel all your plans and they do not come.

Aramex staff is not helpful on delivery queries. The call center will nerver give a clear answer of when to expect the parcel. They are very rude and always telling us about third party. Aramex service is beyond poor, its like we are not paying for the service.
