Aramex can thank their lucky stars that they have DSV as one of their competition. This company simply does not care less, about what has happened to your parcel. That is if you can get them to answer their telephone. On one of my many calls to them, a staff member actually said she did not get back to me, because she could not find the parcel, so there was nothing to say. I have spent so much time trying to trace their customers parcels, sent to us, that they should pay my salary this month. If you look at all the complaints on this website you can see customers are considered a nuisance to this company. The old saying “a fish goes rotten from the top” applies to this lot, they are absolutely pathetic. Just use someone else.
