Aramex Delivery Promise is a One Big, Fat Lie

I clearly have not learnt from experience. I had a traumatic experience with this company back in 2018. I was only reminded when I tried to contact them on Twitter and Twitter showed me my old tweets dating back to 2018.

Form what I see the company has never improved. My parcel was created and picked up on the 17th of August in Durban (big hub). It finally left Durban on the 19th and arrived in Gqeberha (big hub) on the 19th. The parcel is now lying in state in Gqeberha without any movement.

I hope that I have now learned a lesson that I will not forget. This is not a service worth using and the 24/72 hour delivery promise is a lie. Since I posted on a Sunday I was at least expecting delivery on Tuesday but nah!
