Aramex delivery over charging customers hiding behind SARS

I shipped 4 clothing items from abroad. I paid for shipping I even chose door to door delivery, I have used the website before multiple times but there was no hidden costs. But this time Aramex sent me an invoice:

Clearance: R50 Disbur*****t: R10,29 Customs Vat: R135,30 Duties: R245,85

Total charge: R441,44 Vat 15%: R7,50 Total value: R448,94

Tell me how does it make sense for me to pay R449 for an order that is R689. They are saying they charge 60% of the total amount does that mane sense, they’re even threatening me that if I do not pay this they will auction my parcel a parcel I paid for with my own money, they are explaining people and hiding behind SARS imagine for 4 clothing items. Do not use Aramex they are the worst...
