Aramex - delivery not made

Not to be trusted. Parcel from Amazon was due early May'19. It is now 3 June'19. Have made five calls to their call center on ********** . Have been told that the issue has been escalated and that someone will get back to me. To date, no-one did. Aramex is claiming that a 3rd party made the delivery and that delivery was signed for (to an individual unknown to me). I am convinced that there is ********** activity involved. Current status - again waiting for someone to get back to me. Shocking customer service!
