Aramex Delivery Issues

If you ever need to ship anything think twice about using Aramex they are useless. Had something posted from the US on the 26 February 2021 and to date 19 March 2021 it still hasn't been delivered even after arriving in the country on the 9 March 2021. I paid for an 8 - 14 day delivery and they still want a handling fee even after not being delivered after 21 days. They make an excuse every time I phone, yet I have never had this problem with any of the other courier services. Use another courier you will have less problems
