ARAMEX DELIVERY IS VERY DISAPPOINTING

i am very disappointed with Aramex South Africa. they had my parcel since Tuesday and still it hasn't arrived. one minute my parcel is out for delivery the next thing am informed that i will receive the parcel the next day.
