Aramex - delivery impotent with gigolo charges

How long I use 'em, that long I have problems:

1. Zero to nothing support. They hide behind idiotic and slow website instead of quickly respond on emails. Uploaded requests can stay for DAYS(!!!!) unresolved and even unread. 2. *********** personnel. One clown(she) couldn't even... OPEN JPEG FILE!!! Unbelievably stupid and illiterate people. 3. Delivery costs too much. China delivers any stuff for barely $1...$10. Their prices just START from $20! 4. Despite how fast item was delivered TO 'em, item will "travel" to import duty company and back for 2 weeks minimum. Forget about "deliver gift to birhday", they will f**** up in any case. 5. One item was almost lost just because some lazy ass cannot go and check boxes - my item was w/o my name, but I knew tracking number! No way, nobody even tried to find my package for 3 months. And finally somebody read my 5th(!!!) request to these mo***ons to LOOK AT BOXES and find my parcel. Horrible story.

Well, "South Africa is 3rd world country" is NOT EXCUSE! Stupidity is not excuse to pathetic service. Enormous charges DO NOT MATCH 3rd world country! Either charge 10 times LESS or raise quality and speed.

I promise, I leave this Aramex-circus and better to pay DHL.
