Aramex Delivery Failure & Poor Communication

I have been waiting for my Aramex delivery, but despite providing my Google Maps location, GPS coordinates, and WhatsApp live location, my parcel has not been delivered. The driver claims my phone is on voicemail, yet I received multiple other deliveries the same day without issues. Aramex support has not resolved this issue, and I am still waiting for my parcel.
