Aramex delivery delays

On the 24th of November i ordered an Item from Amazon, on the 26th it shipped from USA and it arrived here in South Africa on the 28th and got successfully got cleared by Customs in Sandton. Since then my parcel is stuck to this present day. First time with this courier company and i'm getting a bad experience already. I never had such delays with DHL.
