Aramex delivery canceled and cancelation confirmed twice yet still delivered to faudster

Canceled a delivery on 19/3/2022 telephonically and via email. Then on 21/3/2022 confirmed cancelation via email and per telephone... Yet on 22/3/2022 you still delivered package to canceled adress. Your agent in cape Town sent request tho Kempton Park despatch to find out how it happened.it makes me suspicious of how many times this happened and how staff get away with it. Still waiting for feedback. Logged complaint on your website... Also no reply.... Is this truly the only way I can get someone to actually take note and give feedback
