Aramex delivery and communication

Aramex should stop transporting goods for Shein if they do not have the capacity. It cannot be that I am the one who has to follow up on them all the time. I still haven’t received my order yet it was meant to have long arrived by now it’s been on SA for the past 2 weeks yet it’s still being processed. Not to mention their *********** people who handle their Twitter account! Their whole service is appalling. I hope Shein stops doing business with them because they will tarnish their brand.
