Aramex delivering overseas parcels to me *******ly

Aramex seems to be doing something that doesn't seem legal. I ordered a parcel from Amazon correctly and it was delivered to be early November 2020 by Aramex. All was in order. The following week i get another delivery from Amazon and Aramex, with my full details and address but it wasn't mine. I called them to pickup and complained that my name and details was used to bring an incorrect parcel into the country but no one got back to me. Then today i receive another email about another parcel, can you believe. HAWB: *** requesting delivery. I demand that a senior manager in this department contact me to resolve this. Why are you using my information incorrectly or has someone at Aramex joined forces with external elements to bring items into the country in my name? I called, email and still nothing. This is my last resort. I want urgent feedback!
