Aramex deliveries

Hi, Please assist Im still waiting for my parcel ref *** to be delivered, The parcel keeps going back and forth without any valid explanations. Was supposed to receive the Parcel September 😢Spoke to Justice and he advised that he escalated the matter. How long do we have to wait if only the ticket maybe updated so that we as customers can also see the updates than having to call in everyday and asking for updates. This is really annoying.
