Aramex delivered my parcel to the wrong address and wrong person!!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and received by someone else even though my address and contact details on the shipping address is correct. Don’t understand why the driver will not verify the details before delivering it to just anybody!! Or call me if he was lost… Rather unprofessional services really!!!
