Aramex deliver where it suits them

I ordered an item off [URL Removed] and Aramex now refuses to deliver to me and I have paid for shipping/delivery according to the address I gave. I have ordered an item in the past and it was delivered but Aramex doesn't want to deliver anymore. I cannot have it delivered elsewhere and other couriers are quite happy to deliver to us except Aramex. I've now ordered off Yuppiechef which uses Aramex and now I worry if I'm going to have the same problem. I want my items, don't make your problems mine. We really aren't that far from Randfontein, we're in Randfontein District, just on the other side of the N14. If you can deliver to Tarlton/Magaliesberg, then you can deliver to us. Remote access deliveries as you call them are not that many, you need to schedule them accordingly. And I was supposed to get a call from your driver on Friday and he didn't bother to call me. You are being paid for this delivery, it's not as if you're expected to do it for free.
