Aramex deliver on your promises or get out of the courier industry

My daughters MD dress is not gonna reach us in time becos aramex is so *************, had I know or actually had I checked hello Peter I would have chosen better, I raised my query with you on Twitter and I was promised the parcel would be delivered, I called 1st thing this morning and checked your updates on website, it on Delivery I was told and now, your website says, attempted delivery. My question being who are you trying to deliver to cos, I had no call, no mes, no delivery. Can you just for once Please do what you promised to do. This is urgent, the parcel needs to be delivered by 9 tomorrow morning can you try and do that.
