Aramex delayed parcel

I sent overnight parcel on the 22nd of June to Germiston, still hasn't arrived. I'm calling them no answer. I got an email that they had a covid case but that was on the 25th parcel was already late by then. Can you please return the parcel I'll take it or use other reliable services. In future learn to own up to your mess. Hiding and not answering calls won't help.
