Aramex delayed / non speedy service

My parcel has been detained with them for 4 months , i get no Email or contact frm them as to why and I've had to run after them to get answers.They keeping u waiting on a call forever , dont answer.If they do , u lucky. As if i have time to waste sitting on the ph with them whilst Im wrking.So much for speedy service , My ass!!
