Aramex Delay

It usually takes 3-5 days to receive a parcel. It is understandable that it’s lockdown. It would be expected for e-services to run quicker and more used during this time as everyone cannot go out and we are avoiding queues.

It’s been more than a week & I’m still waiting for my parcel which is stock. I won’t tolerate waiting for more than 2 weeks to a month like others have. This affecting my business. May I kindly have it resolved or can I collect the parcel myself at the sorting facility.
