Aramex

I sent a package from Durban to JHB, dropped off at Pick n Pay on 04/11/2021 and parcel was only delivered 09/11/2021. The package was so badly damaged and the contents got out of the containers they were packaged in yet we sealed each container with buff tape. The package itself was so torn and damaged. Disgusting that they charge and don't respect the packages. They need our business how will they survive without customers??? The job cannot get done properly. So disappointing!!!!
