Aramex Customs department sucks

My parcel from China is 1 week with aramex and I still never recieve it. The service I recieved from the beginning was poor. I must constantly phone the customs department to follow up. Not once did aramex phone me. On Monday I was told that I was going to recieve my customs invoice shortly. I only recieved the invoice on Wednesday. On Wednesday I was told it's going to clear customs in 24-48 hours. Guess what it's over 60 hours and it's still not cleared. I will definitely not use aramex again for international shipments.
