Aramex customer service... what a joke!

I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service in my life!!!!! The do not answer their phones. Their whatsapp service is horrific! I have been waiting 23 hours and counting for an agent to respond to me "as soon as possible". I just want some clarity of why my shipment's release is being delayed at OR Tambo and when it will be delivered??!?!?!?!?! This is really ridiculous and really frustrating.
