ARAMEX COURIERS - UTTERLY USELESS

Totally useless!!!

I've been waiting for my shipment with waybill #*** for 15 days now since they collected my parcel from the supplier. The call center agents are so unsympathetic that they can't even give you a straight answer as too the where abouts of your parcel. Yet they claim to deliver between 4-5 days. It's best to stick with the big dog like DHL International.
