Aramex couriers - The worst delivery service ever experienced!!!

Absolutely the worst delivery service ever experienced. They do not call in advance to make an arrangement for delivery. If they do take the trouble to call and you miss the call, the delivery is cancelled and then you have to literally beg them to receive your goods. The vendors who utilise the services of Aramex are also to blame. After you have made payment on an online purchase, they abscond on their obligations to the customer and hand you over to services like Aramex.!!! It appears as if customer service and care cease once payment is made to the online vendor!!! You are thereafter at the mercy and whims of the likes of Aramex...
