Aramex couriers the unprofessionals

Aranex couriers are very unprofessional They were supposed to deliver a parcel from Amazon and they sent a SMS saying no one was tat the delivery address This is not true I contacted them and they said it will be delivered the next day It wasn't delivered Phoned them again and again they said it will be delivered on Monday (today 1st July) Phoned them again to confirm and was told that it was in the warehouse and wont be delivered today So I dont know when I'll receive my parcel Amazon please change your couriers they are giving you a bad name
