Aramex Couriers- Stay Away

If I can give them a - I would gladly. I ordered something on line and this company uses Aramex South Africa to deliver their parcels. It should take 3-5 days from Cape Town(Westlake) to be precise to Robertson Western Cape, if you use Amarex. Its now been 6 days and still no parcel. After company checked Amarex called and came out with the story" the couriers was there at your home yesterday but no one was home".. -Weird we were all home and no one knocked at the door or pressed the bell? There are better couriers from Cape Town to me:Courier guy, Dawn Wing etc and they take up to 2-3 days to deliver orders. And they do not lie to the customer.
