ARAMEX COURIERS NONE DELIVERY

Been waiting for more than a week for a package from Bloemfontein that was supposed to be delivered within 2 days. Tracking shows parcel stuck in Joburg office since 5Dec. Phoning Cape town office, no help!! Send 2 queries by e-mail, no response. (JNB/1219/1584 and JNB/1219/789) Useless bunch of people at Aramex. Will not use them ever!!
