Aramex Couriers bad service

A parcel was delivered to Aramex on Monday 12 October which had my address on. Since Wednesday i wanted to know from the sender why i hadn't received my parcel yet. In the whatsap that i got i showed the parcel was dispatched yesterday morning before 7:00. Last night i phoned the sender to get detail on my parcel. 8h30 this morning Ryan Narainsamy phoned me telling me that my addess was incorrect. To the sender he said it was a manual entry and that there wad a mistake it had JHB CBD on that is wjy the third party could not find my address. Ryan also verbalised that calling me id out of the norm. .... what happened to service delivery? I insisted that i want the parcel today and no layer than today. He said that he will send an email.. i do not know where to and why. They advertise a overnight service. This is day 4. Apparently after making a noise the parcel is on its way. I will never recommend Aramex to any person or company.
