After requesting a quote for a collection of an item from France Aramex supp**** me with 2 quotes and to membership plans. I accepted the R150 S&S Plan as this was for a lifetime membership. Only once the membership was paid did they advise me that they do not collect and that I now have to pay the supplier another delivery fee to deliver to there office in France first.
