Aramex - Courier to be avoided

If I could I would give this company a zero-rating. Had a parcel delivered from Johannesburg to East London. Will give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was given to them on 28th of Nov. The parcel arrived at their facilities on the Sunday that week according to their tracking page. It then took me to go to their offices (on Friday afternoon) to confirm wether or not the package arrived or not, to only be told that they are not sure where it is. After 30min they realised that they gave it to another courier company which is in the area. Where I had to go pick it up myself because they were not sure when it was going to be delivered. For extra context I live within 5min drive from their warehouse facilities.
