Aramex Courier Services Disappoint!!!

Couriered a parcel from South Africa to Korea. From the onset of emailing a consultant the service was terrible. I thought it was just the consultant and logged a complaint and got another consultant to assist me. Managed to get the parcel to the destination , however when the Parcel was opened the contents in the parcel was damaged, this after even stating that they need to inform the driver and the company that this parcel was FRAGILE. I never heard from the consultant again even after emailing her to check why an express parcel took so long to get to its destination. PATHETIC SERVICE ARAMEX!!! Thank you for the damaged parcel.
