Aramex Courier Service is Pathetic.

Aramex is pathetic like clockwork. Give me any other courier service and they'll make sure to deliver without fail. But no Aramex does not announce nor notify me of delivery. I've been waiting for two weeks for my parcel to be delivered. They decide to deliver at 18:45 after hours when I am not at home. This happened 4 times. All I am asking is for them to call me like all other couriers or at least give me a time frame of expected delivery.
