Aramex Courier Service

Parcel at Aramex for more than a month. Had to follow up with calls to the Sandton office numerous times. Every time someone promised to call me back but at the end I had to call again and again. Sometime need to hold for 15 minutes before the phone been answered. With last call I was promised that the parcel was to delivered the same day. Still waiting for delivery. Very bad service and seems *********** people.
