Aramex courier service 11 days delivery in South Africa - rediculous

11 days to courier a parcel to the FREE STATE.... absolutely rediculous... I dropped the parcel off on the 29th March, it only got delivered 8 April. The person expecting the parcel had already left for the USA when it arrived. How do I get my money back, it was two parcels of five books in each?
