Aramex Courier service

I ordered a parcel from Johannesburg to be delivered to Rietfontein Pretoria, by accident I supp**** the wrong postal code. I called *** and changed the postal code and received a reference number (KIM1021) where I was told my package will be sent back from Kimberly last night 21/10/2021 to Sandton and I will receive it today 22/10/2021. After calling multiple times no one can tell me where my package is and on the website it shows my package was at Sandton @ 1:14am, and now I was told the package is either still in Kimberly and that the tracking system is incorrect I received another reference call (Lodery1022) my waybill number DBP*** and best of all no managers are available. Pathetic!!!!!!
